One of the things that I learned about at the WPC 2013 is called Laughter Yoga. Now, this may sound “funny”, but it really is funny, really is real, and really is really beneficial to everyone’s health – especially for people with chronic pain and limited movement.
The man who introduced Laughter Yoga to me (and many others at WPC 2013) also has Parkinson’s. Peter Davison. Sadly, his voice is more challenged these days and he is no longer presenting workshops. His Website has MANY resources on Laughter Yoga.
