IN our experience, the best way to deal with chronic pain and illness, in most cases, is to be active in some way. There are plenty of exercises you can adapt to in some way to make them work for you.
One of my favorite exercises is Laughter Yoga. It is aerobic, healthy, and whether it is a fake laugh or a real, you get the same positive biological reaction in your body.
